How can I update my personal information?

If you have a money transfer-only account, you can update your information directly in the app under the Profile section.

If you have an Elektra Go Prepaid Mastercard account, call the Support Line at 888-534-6229 (Option 1). Keep your 16-digit card number and date of birth handy. A support agent will assist you with updating your information.
