What information do I need to create an account?

Full name, date of birth, address, a valid phone number from the U.S.,  Mexico, Honduras, or Guatemala,  and an email address. All information must match your official ID.

How can I update my personal information?

You can update your information directly in the app under the Profile section. If you need to update your name or birthdate,  please contact Customer Support through your preferred channel. 

Can I change the app language?

Yes, you can choose your preferred language (Spanish or English) before logging in, or change it later in your settings.

Do you need additional support?

Open a support ticket from your app.

Login from your profile
to the “Help” menu and select the option “Open a support ticket”.
