What is the Elektra Go Prepaid Mastercard®?
It’s a physical and digital card you can use to shop online, in stores (everywhere Debit Mastercard is accepted), and to withdraw cash at ATMs. No SSN is required—you can sign up using an INE, passport, consular ID, or ITIN.
How do I get my Elektra Go Prepaid Mastercard®?
On the app’s home screen, tap the yellow banner that says Get your Elektra Go Prepaid Mastercard® and follow the instructions. You’ll need your phone number, address, a valid ID, and a selfie (make sure your face is clearly visible, with good lighting—no hats or dark sunglasses). You can also register with either an ITIN or SSN.
What IDs are valid to get the Elektra Go Prepaid Mastercard®?
Valid IDs include a passport, consular ID, and your country’s official identification (e.g. Mexico’s INE, Guatemala’s DPI, El Salvador’s DUI, Honduras and Peru’s DNI, etc.), national ID cards, citizenship cards, and driver’s licenses (except from Mexico, Nicaragua, Uruguay, and Ecuador).
How do I activate my physical card?
Once approved, your physical card will be delivered to your home within 10 business days. When it arrives, you’ll see your card details in the app and a banner at the top of the home screen to activate it. Just tap it and follow the instructions.
What should I do if I don’t receive my card?
Please make sure 10 business days have passed and that your delivery address is correct. If so, and you still haven’t received your card, report the issue through the app so our Customer Support team can follow up.
How can I load money onto my Elektra Go Prepaid Mastercard®?
You can load money using a U.S. debit card (Visa or Mastercard) or with cash at participating retail locations.
How do I deposit cash into my Elektra Go Prepaid Mastercard®?
From the Elektra Go app home screen, tap Add money and select Cash at a store. You’ll get a barcode you can use to deposit cash at thousands of participating locations nationwide — including 7-Eleven®, CVS®, Kroger®, Walgreens®, Walmart®, and more. A service fee of up to $4.95 may apply, and limits may vary. Funds are typically available within 15 minutes.

How can I withdraw cash from my Elektra Go Prepaid Mastercard®?
You can withdraw cash with no fees at over 40,000 ATMs in the MoneyPass® network.
Note: If the ATM does not display the MoneyPass logo, a $2.95 fee will apply. Additional fees may be charged by the ATM operator or network.
What are the daily limits for my Elektra Go Prepaid Mastercard®?

Where can I find my account and routing numbers?
On the app home screen, tap Add money → Direct deposit You’ll be able to view, download, or share your account and routing information.
How long does it take for a direct deposit to appear in my account?
Direct deposits are usually available in your Elektra Go account on the same day you get paid.
