Elektra Go is an app for your smartphone that allows you to safely send money from the United States to Mexico and 15 other Latin American countries. For your recipient’s convenience, you can choose between cash pickup, direct bank deposit, or transfers to the Banco Azteca app and wallet services in the participating countries.

1. It’s easy! Just download the app and get started in 3 simple steps: enter your email and mobile number (from the U.S., Mexico, Honduras, or Guatemala)
2. Verify your identity with a code we’ll send to your email (we recommend checking both your inbox and spam folder).
3. Enter your full name, date of birth, and address.
